This Panama hat was born in silence — in the dialogue of hands and sea.
I chose a soft natural thread to make it seem like it has already lived with you for more than one summer.
I made the pattern from motifs that resemble children's games of hide-and-seek under a table covered with a lace tablecloth.
I wanted it to look like it was found in my grandmother's chest, but sound very modern.
It contains tenderness, nostalgia, and a touch of audacity.
