RETURN/EXCHANGE TERMS

Return and exchange of goods of proper quality

The buyer has the right to return or exchange the purchased goods within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, provided that:

  • the goods were not used and retained their marketable appearance;
  • preserved labels, tags, original packaging;
  • there is confirmation of payment and a settlement document (fiscal receipt).

Returns are only possible for products purchased from THE ANYU online store. For products purchased in a showroom, please contact the showroom administrator directly where we are currently represented.

How to return the product:

  1. Fill out the return application and send it with your signature and copies of your receipts to email customer@theanyu.com
  2. Send the goods together with the signed application via Nova Poshta. The manager will provide you with the shipping details.
  3. Send us the tracking number of the package.

Important: delivery of returned goods of proper quality is at the buyer's expense.

Requirements for returned goods:

  • The product has not been used, particularly for photography or video recording.
  • The product has not been washed or dry cleaned.
  • There are no stains, animal hair, perfume scents or other traces of use.
  • Labels, tags, stickers were not damaged or separated from the product.
  • Original packaging preserved.

If these conditions are not met, the product is not subject to return or exchange and will be sent back to the buyer without a refund.

Exchange is only possible for goods of the same value.

Return and exchange of goods of inadequate quality

In such cases, the return of the goods is carried out by Nova Poshta at the seller's expense.

Refund

After receiving and checking the product for compliance with the return conditions, the funds will be refunded within 5 business days.

  • If the payment was made through the Fondy payment system, the funds are automatically returned to the card from which the payment was made.
  • In other cases, the funds are transferred to the buyer's bank card, the details of which ( number and IBAN ) are indicated in the return application.

Please note: the term for crediting funds depends on the policy of the bank that issued the buyer's card.

WARNING:

The Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated March 19, 1994 No. 172 defines the List of goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return), in particular:

- corsetry products;
- gloves;
- socks;
- underwear;
- bed linen.

The Seller has the right to refuse the Buyer the return of a quality Product, which, in accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine "On the Implementation of Certain Provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 172 of March 19, 1992, is recognized as non-returnable.

Return and exchange of Goods is possible throughout Ukraine, with the exception of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, temporarily occupied territories and regions where hostilities are ongoing.
