You can pay for your order online with a bank card directly on the website.
If you have any difficulties with payment, please contact us via the feedback form - we will definitely help you complete the order.

Delivery of orders across Ukraine

All orders within Ukraine are delivered via the Nova Poshta courier service. Delivery time is 1-3 business days.

Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, and shipped Monday through Friday.

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to track your package.

Please note that all orders are shipped only after full payment has been made.

Orders are shipped from Ukraine.

Delivery terms:

Delivery to branches in Ukraine is free.

Courier delivery of emergency items is paid for at the carrier's rates. The TTN is created automatically - follow the messages from the courier service.

Delivery in Kyiv

Delivery by taxi is possible day-to-day. For details, please contact Instagram @the_anyu or by phone: (097) 827-46-64.

International order delivery

International orders are sent via DHL courier service .

The shipping cost is €40.

Delivery times:

Delivery takes 5-7 business days depending on the destination country.

Shipping information and a tracking number are sent to the email address provided in the order.

If you have not received a tracking number, please email us at customer@theanyu.com with your order number.

Importantly:
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes in the destination country. Please check your country's customs clearance regulations before placing your order.

We are not responsible for additional payments, but we are ready to help with consultations - write to us at customer@theanyu.com

Limitation:
Due to military operations, we do not deliver orders to Russia and Belarus.
